The Wellness Center is a free resource for you. Come as often as you'd like. It is a place for you to find what you need to create a healthier, happier and more harmonious life. We address all levels: Mind / Body/ Spirit. Human beings in our culture are defined by human DOings. We want to change this trend and encourage you to honor your whole self, holistically speaking, we would like you to consider becoming an overall Well-BEing. In this section of the site, you will find three key areas to assist you in becoming a well-being. The information within each one is here for you when you are ready to explore it. Select one are at a time to focus on and make a priority.
Wellness starts with you being well rested, well nourished and well energized to life the life you have chosen to manifest.
Health leaves clues, people that live long and healthy lives have similar qualities what we will call cornerstones to health. The main areas that we consider cornerstones to life long wellness are Adequate Rest, Nutrition, Fitness, Managing Insulin Levels and Stress.
These are the basics that when in balance weight is managed, body is energized and your mind is receptive to acting in your best interest.

Wellness in the workplace has become a common practice. We spend the majority of our waking hours at work and with our co-workers. This should be a place to strive to become a well-being. It will change the culture around you.
