I am Rosa your virtual weight loss coach, and it is my pleasure to serve you. I want to thank you for choosing me as your coach. There is a lot of information on MindOverPlatter.com and I want you to get the most from this experience.

The first day begins with excitement and anticipation. It could last a week or just an hour. This is an important day, you must prepare for success. It is very important that you begin to receive the series of emails that I have created to guide you through the site. The system I use for this is activated when you respond to this email confirming your membership. All you need to do is hit "reply" to this email and I will add you to my personal virtual weight loss coaching email list. All I need is your first name and your email address to get you started. You also will need to add me to your address book so that these emails are not marked as spam. One advantage to being a member is that you will have access to me via email. I personally answer my own email and will respond.

Explore the material and spend these next few days envisioning your success, experience how good it will feel when you reach your goal.

See and imagine yourself in a healthy fit body while you prepare for success. You will want to plan your meals, make a grocery list, and clean out your cupboards of foods that will tempt you. You will need to stock your kitchen with healthy foods and snacks. Taking this action will signal to your mind that you are in fact ready to change.

You will also need to make time for yourself, decide when you will find the time for you! You will need time to exercise, relax, and a few minutes to plan your day. You deserve the time that it requires to make your health a priority. You are definitely worth it!

So in essence your assignment is to mentally prepare and create the space in your life to be successful, here are three tips to prepare you:

1. Eliminate what will tempt you from your daily routine.

2. Stock your home and office with foods and snacks that will nourish your body.

3. Plan time to implement these new changes. You will hear me say, weight management is a lifestyle not an event!

These three minor changes will result in major results. I feel blessed to be able to share MindOverPlatter.com with you. It can virtually change your life.

Thank you again for allowing me to be your coach through this process. As any good coach I will be giving you assignments. Your assignment for today is simple, mentally prepare for success. Get your mind in the right place and follow the tips outlined as a way to affirm to your subconscious mind, that you are ready for change.
