What it is:

Mind Over Platter.com is a virtual weight loss and wellness community. We offer weight loss program coaching, ongoing education, advice from experts, ebooks, nutritional assessments, and menu suggestions, seminars that you can download and a lot of support.

You will develop friendships that will last a lifetime. In addition to all of this we also offer training for weight loss program professionals. Our goal for you is that you live a healthier and happier life.

What to expect from your Weight Loss Program Coach:

1. You will design an Alliance
Together we will design a plan that will be the most beneficial for you.

2. You will evaluate your life. (Creating more Balance in Life)
You first begin by looking at your life. Is it in balance? What needs to change?
We work together, evaluating ways to bring more joy and peace, reducing stress.

3. You will identify your true core values.
You will gain a sense of clarity, and remain focused. As you filter your decisions through these values you will experience more peace and purpose in life.

4. You will reduce distractions. (You will have more time!)
You will identify what is draining you. What holds you back from experiencing a rich & wonderful life? Then you will take steps to reduce those obstacles.

5. You will design a life that is rich, rewarding and fulfilling.
Based on your goals, values and dreams. This is your life, you can create it any way you want, and it is your choice. You will explore your goals & beliefs.

6. You will explore limiting beliefs.
Are you where you want to be in life? Your thoughts and beliefs create your reality. Which beliefs are not supporting you? Learn how to change them.

7. You will replace limiting beliefs with empowering beliefs.
Once you discover any limiting beliefs. You then create new empowering ones instead. You will continue to reinforce these new beliefs until they become an automatic part of your life.

8. You will be asked to take action.
Consistent action is the key. One step at a time, you will reach your outcome. Rosa often gives assignments, she holds you accountable to complete them.

9. We will celebrate your victories!
This is the fun part! It is wonderful to have someone to call that cares about your accomplishments.
