Spring Into A Healthier Body By Changing Your Mind

This could be the season that changes everything. It only takes one moment to make one decision that makes the difference. What if the spring of 2017 is that season for you? What would your summer look like? How will you feel having made progress? These are good questions to ask yourself.

As your Virtual Weigh Loss Coach, I am here to assist you in getting your head in the game. You know how what to eat and how to exercise to let go of the weight. The work is freeing your mind of the junk food that you call thoughts and beliefs. I’ve been doing this for over 2 decades. You can trust me on this. The main thing holding you back is not your body, it’s your brain. We can redirect this. I promise you that the path you are seeking is one step away. It can be your next step if you so choose. Start this very moment. Take a deep breath, close your eyes, see yourself in a healthy fit body. Feel the positive energy that lives in this body. Make THE decision that will CHANGE you for good. Repeat to yourself “My health is one of my highest priorities.” Now imagine if this statement was 100% true for you…what one decision would you make?

It doesn’t have to be a major one, the slightest change will make a big difference. Wake up 15 minutes earlier to do some morning stretches? Eliminate sugar from your coffee? Walk during lunch? Pack your food the night before? Track what you eat? All of these are excellent. What is calling out to you? Make a commitment to yourself.

Write this down on a post it note. Keep it in front of you all day. Remember the positive feelings allowing that to inspire you from within. Notice how many opportunities pop up around you to support this healthy choice.

I would love to hear from you on this. What one thing are you committed to doing this spring to help you take a step to creating a healthier you? Snap a picture of your post it note and show me on my facebook page: www.facebook.com/mindoverplatter1
